A suggestion on the scanner prollem ( since, I have the same problem! o.o ) First, check your school library or tech room - most campuses have scanners - and nice ones - available to students. If there are none, you can usually find older models for sale very cheaply. Pretty much the only difference between them and newer ones are the fact that they don't print as well as scan, and have fewer scanning options. Vivicam is known for cheap, reliable stuff like that. I got my last scanner for $30 from them. ^^

Haha, thanks! I'll be sure to check that out. All the computers on campus usually have just printers but my Animation Professor might know where one is on campus.
..$30?! God, and to think I just blew $30 bucks on Pokemon cards(<--- ::is a sad person) the other day ><;;. I'll definatley be checking around for one then. I actually have two scanners though. One won't work for some reason and the other was peed on..it died.
